Fit & Size Guide
What TrueForm Fit™ means
Most brands cut every size from one 25-year-old fit model and just scale it up. That's why "your size" gaps at the waist, pulls at the hips, and digs when you sit. It's not your body. It's their fit model.
TrueForm Fit™ is cut on the real measurements of 1,000+ women over 50 — a little more room where weight actually settles, waistbands that don't dig when you sit down, sleeves that end where you want them to. No tugging, no adjusting.
How to measure (60 seconds, soft tape)
- Bust: around the fullest part, tape level, breathe normally.
- Waist: around your natural waist — where you actually bend, not where jeans claim it is. Don't suck in; we cut for real numbers.
- Hip: around the fullest part of your hips and seat, feet together.
No tape? A phone charging cable and a ruler work in a pinch.

Between sizes?
Size down. TrueForm fabric has real stretch and recovery — it holds you in and smooths you out without squeezing. If you're right on the line, the smaller size will fit the way it's meant to.
