Our 60-day "Live In It First" guarantee

We don't want you to decide in a fitting-room minute. We want you to live in it first. Wear it to work. Wash it. Wear it again. If at any point in the first 60 days it isn't everything you hoped, send it back for a full refund — no awkward questions, no "unworn with tags" fine print.

Yes, really: worn and washed items are covered. That's how confident we are in what we make.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@bellaurea.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and the return address.
Pack the item(s) and ship them back. We recommend a tracked shipping method.

Please start your return within 60 days of the date your order was delivered.

Refund timelines

Once your return arrives, we inspect and process it within 3–5 business days.
Your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is on its way.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us at hello@bellaurea.com and we'll set up an exchange. If the item you want is in stock, we'll ship it as soon as your return is on its way back to us. If it's not available, we'll simply refund you in full.

A few practical notes

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order — in that case, we cover everything.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with a photo and we'll make it right immediately with a replacement or full refund.
Gift orders can be refunded to the original purchaser or exchanged — just get in touch.
