Welcome to Bellaurea. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bellaurea.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. 1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
2. Products & pricing
All prices on the Site are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately, but slight variations in color and fabric appearance can occur depending on your screen. We reserve the right to change prices, products, and promotions at any time; changes never affect orders already confirmed.
3. Orders & acceptance
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we received your order — our acceptance happens when we ship your items. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues); if that happens, you'll be notified and fully refunded.
4. Shipping
Shipping methods, timelines, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are made in good faith but are not guaranteed; we're not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
5. Returns & our 60-day guarantee
Every order is covered by our 60-day "Live In It First" guarantee: wear it, wash it, and if it's not right for you, return it within 60 days for a full refund. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.
6. Intellectual property
Bellaurea and TrueForm Fit™ are trademarks of LUMEX LLC. All content on the Site — text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and layout — is owned by or licensed to LUMEX LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
7. Your conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, using it for unlawful purposes, or submitting false information when ordering.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUMEX LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to any product or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought in the competent courts of Wyoming, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
