Here's everything you need to know about how your Bellaurea order gets to you.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day it's placed. During peak periods (holidays, launches), delivery may take a little longer.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is on its way, you'll get an email with your tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

International orders: duties & taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States (UK, Canada, Australia), your country may charge import duties, customs fees, or local taxes on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. If you're unsure what applies, your local customs office can tell you before you order.

Wrong address or lost package?

If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, email us at hello@bellaurea.com as soon as possible — we can usually fix it before the order ships. If your tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, get in touch and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
